I’m Yuliya Flynn. Entrepreneur, Attorney, and Endurance Athlete.

A woman with curly red hair wearing a white blouse and dark vest standing in an indoor setting.

Twenty years of legal and business experience across three countries. Endurance cyclist building an American stage race. I help founders and executives across tech, healthcare, wellness, and sports markets turn legal compliance into a competitive advantage.

Technology is rapidly evolving markets. Here’s what leaders need to understand.

Compliance is preventive care.

For leaders building in highly competitive health, wellness, and sports markets, it’s tempting to move fast and think about compliance later. But I’ve seen too many brands and companies tank deals by approaching compliance in this way.

  • I apply over 10 years of healthcare compliance expertise to advise founders and executives in emerging health, wellness, and sports markets with tested, practical insights. As an attorney and entrepreneur, I understand the complexity and competitive dynamics of these markets. As an endurance athlete, I know to prioritize preventive care.

I’ve helped hundreds of leaders build compliance into their operational strategy. The ones that outlast early disruption invest in it before regulators or buyers start asking questions.

Agile compliance builds leverage.

It’s common for leaders to treat compliance as the “no department.” What they don’t see is how investing in agile compliance encourages innovation and future valuations.

  • I’ve advised companies on legal and operational strategies for over twenty years. I’ve built companies and advised founders on thousands of M&A transactions.

Agile compliance provides stability because it scales with innovation, allowing leaders to move faster with more adaptable and durable operations. When it comes time to negotiate, these leaders receive stronger valuations and fewer surprises.

International expansion requires cultural nuance.

In emerging markets, cultural fluency is the deciding factor before legal terms are discussed. Ignoring these insights breaks deals and leaves leaders exposed to regulatory risks.

  • My perspective is grounded in a lifetime of travel and degrees from three countries:

    • Kazakhstan – Kostanay University

    • United States – American University, Master of Laws in International Business and Trade Law

    • England – Oxford Executive MBA

Cultural, political, and religious dynamics all shape cross-border deals. I help leaders understand these dynamics to navigate high-stakes negotiations, enter new regions, and protect deal value.

The Grand Tour of America

I’m building a professional stage race for American cyclists.

112 million Americans ride every year, and the United States offers world-class terrain and cycling destinations. Cycling and sports tourism generate up to $69 million in annual tax revenue for cities.

Until now, no race at this scale has been built for American riders.

The Grand Tour of America modernizes cycling media and creates self-reinforcing economic returns, city by city, with American cycling culture at the center of the story.

Yuliya Flynn is cycling in a GFNY race wearing a neon green and black jersey and a helmet, waving, on a road with banners and flags during a race event.

Years of endurance racing inspired my new vision for Grand Tour cycling events and media entertainment in North America.
